I just bought a Steyr C9-A2. I have wanted one for a while and finally got one at a price (299.00 @Bereli) I couldn't ignore, It has great reviews online. I would like hear about any hands on experiences. Best Wishes!

I bought mine before I knew about these deals.

Regardless, I am impressed with the gun and really like it, and I have a lot of pistols.

For a 1911/2011 fanboy to say this, I am surprised.

Feels great in the hand, really nice which translates to a good shooting experience.

Felt at home with it within one mag fired.

$300 is an absolute steal and super value!

Don’t get wrapped around the axle about the funny sights. They are just a different shape from the 3 dot standard.

I was on a Steyr pistol binge some years ago; had two, a long and short version. Mine malfed on occasion, and only was available with a 10 round magazine. The 10-round thing kind of sealed the deal. Sadly, my local shop didn't even want one as a trade; the guy claimed the last one he took in sat for a year.
Then I handled one at a gunshow last month. Darn, the stuff I liked was still there; great trigger, weird, but comfortable ergos, weird, but easy to pick up sights. I doubt I'll go down the rabbit hole again, but really understand the attraction.
Did have a great day shooting the AUG, so maybe that helped the Steyr recollection. :)
