STI 2011 With Lead Bullets

So have a question for those of you that have an STI 2011. Wondering if there have been any issues with running lead bullets in the STI 2011's. Did a little searching but not too much coverage on the STI guns. Specifically looking at getting the STI Eagle in 9mm to run in competition.

I know tons of guys that run lead through their 2011s.

I don't like loading, or shooting lead. It makes a mess of everything, and is smokey.

I have 10 STI 2011s, and if I couldn't find anything else, I'd shoot lead out of any, except the two "open" guns.

I LIKE loading and shooting lead. It makes a mess of nothing except the target I'm shooting at.
