STI Ranger II

Hey all, during the search for a new 1911 I have come across the STI Ranger II. I have not been able to find one in my area, I really like the looks and it offers everything that I need. However, I know nothing about it, I have tried posting in other forums and have come up with next to nothing.:banghead: I wonder about reliability, seeing that it will be used on range and in carry, also if it is needed how is the C.S.? Any info on this gun or STI in general is much appreciated. Thanks all.

I don't have any Ranger experience but do own a STI Trojan in 9mm. Outstanding pistol that has been 100% for over 4,000 rounds of cast bullet reloads.

I've got one of the rangers (as well as a Trojan and Spartan), great gun. CS at STI is top notch. I've never had to send anything back but they are always quick to answer the phone and people I've spoken with that have had issues have had them resolved quickly.
