I have about $275 in store credit on a gift card from my local sporting goods store that's burning a hole in my wallet....

I'm feeling the urge for something firearm related, thing is, I promised myself that I'd use that store credit *only* for picking up another pre-safety Marlin 39A .22 lever action rifle, but I'm also tempted by.....

Getting a set of Williams FP peep sights for my pre-safety Marlin 336 in .30-30, that way both my 39A and 336 would have identical sighting systems, so the 39A would be an even more effective practice/training stand-in for the 336 (at roughly $1 per round, the 336 isn't a cheap plinking gun)

Getting a set of dies and whatever else I'd need to reload my .30-30 cases, I already have primers, powder, and I have the remainder of a box of Hornady soft point .308 diameter bullets I used to reload for the short time I had a .30-06, I know spitzer bullets in a lever is a no-no (unless you only load two, one in the chamber, one in the mag), but I'm intrigued to find out how spitzer loaded .30-30 would perform, just for fun, and besides, it makes sense to reload, I already reload for my .45 Colt and ACP, and for 20 gauge shotshells

Getting a "trunk gun" for the car, since the target range is on the way home from work anyway, I could stop off at the range after work and get some trigger time in, the trunk gun would probably be a .22 of some flavour as it's the cheapest to shoot and I have to plan on me hitting the range every day after work, barring inclement weather

getting either another inexpensive used centerfire rifle, either an intermediate caliber like .223, or a battle caliber like .308/.30-06,, or perhaps another lever in a different caliber (.45 Colt, .45-70......)

Getting a nice used compound bow setup, just to have something different to play with

Or, the *boring* option, use it for Christmas shopping for my nephew and niece, so I don't spend as much on gifts this year....
