My experience with A-Merc has been that their quality control is non-existent. Bullets are of varying diameters within the same caliber, brass varies in thickness and primer pockets allow primers to fall out on the first reload. I've tried to prime some that the primer slipped halfway out of the primer pocket due to gravity alone. I've never found a .38 special shellholder that will accept an A-Merc .38 case.
The only use for it I've found is to fill a 3 pound coffee can with A-Merc "ammunition" about half way, then pour the rest full of concrete and put a wire loop in the concrete to tie a rope to after it dries. Then you'll have a good boat anchor.
I recycle any A-Merc brass I run across.
Hope this helps.
