Subsonic 308 rounds

225 g spitzer with 10g trailboss. Chrono said 975 fps. Does this sound about right? Rifle is bolt with 22 inch barrel.

I used a 168 bthp behind 9gr of trailboss, its under a 1000fps everytime. Accuracy is uh OK (meaning you can bang a 8" gong), out to 100 yards. Haven't really worked it up yet, but it doesn't pop the shoulder at all (for us weak shouldered guys). Its a plinker for my boys.

For shooting steel on our plinking range with a 1903 Springfield I use 10 grains of Trailboss under a 245 grain cast bullet. It's doing about 900 fps, so your number sounds about right.
