Suggestions for powder coating rifle bullets.

Lee C309-200-R, ASBBDT, Prismatic powder. I was given a pound from a guy who runs a powder coat shop.

Free is always good. 1 teaspoon is good for about 200 9mm bullets with very little powder wasted (left at the bottom of the container after tumbling). On a super duper humid day in Texas. The trick is to keep the bullets indoors and the powder in a ziplock bag.
