Hello,

With the Pram, Soderin, and Elit diopters, does this allow the M96 to be zeroed at distances besides the standard 300m zero that the rifle was zeroed at with the original rear sight?

If so, what is the closest distance that these diopters allow you to zero at? And also, which of the 3 are considered the least obtrusive and easiest to use? Would they allow one to hunt effectively and shoot groups on paper? And is it possible to adjust the aperture size?

Soderin`s are supposed to be the best, second & the most used is the Elit, which I have & can sight down to 50 yards, so give one a try..............

Also, a simple solution for shorter range shooting is a taller front sight. I purchase one from SARCO in the U.S. which allowed me to be zeroed at 100yds with the issue rear sight. If you mount a diopter you may need the taller front sight in any event.

Yes you do need a taller front sight.............it will look like this if you get a Elit.
