Okay THR,
Talk me into (or out of) a CZ75 BD. I want to know everything.
If you have one, what did you do to it to make it a decent nightstand gun?
Did you change the grips? if so, to what?
Is it as soft a shooter (9mm) as I think it is?
Do you ever carry it concealed? how does that work for you?
Do you compete with it?
What is the trigger reach like? do people with small hands find this pistol ergonomic?
If you passed on one, why?
A little background on me: I am a Sig man mostly. I was looking for a pistol that shoots 9mm pretty softly and his good ergos for the wife to shoot. She likes my Sig 239 (my carry gun), but I was thinking that the extra weight of the CZ might help with felt recoil.
She is getting more and more into firearms (she probably out shoots me some days!) so I wanted to get a pistol for her very own. I asked her about the SA model and she didn't feel comfortable with the idea of a safety. That's why the BD model.
Okay, let 'em rip!
Thanks!
