Hm... That does change the situation a bit.
But if I were the authorities... I wouldn't bother charging the guy. I mean... as a pyro, what more can he do? He's reached the zenith. The guy set off the friggin' safety features on a nuclear powerplant. After that kind of show, setting off a car alarm or two just won't cut it anymore.
And he's probably too broke from spending all of that money on the Tannerite (that stuff isn't cheap) to buy more explosive goodies.
