Here's what I find, Jim.

No person may display in a threatening manner, or wear under his clothes or conceal about his person, any firearm, slung shot, knuckles, bowie knife, dirk, stiletto or other dangerous or deadly weapons usually employed in the attack on or defense of a person. No dangerous weapons in Courts. No Max Blade Length in laws.

That last sentence is relevant here. But interestingly, they omit the exception for "hunting" (etc) knives in the other source.

I'll do my homework and get to the bottom of this.

I was going to copy and paste that for you. As person educated as an attorney, but not a practitioner, there is a ton of ambiguity in that statute.
