You call it Taurus bashing. I call it letting fellow gun owners know what their up against if they purchase a Taurus TX22. In this thread alone look at all the barrel issues. Not everybody has money to burn. Did you look at my slide? There are many more that are going through what I went through and there are more bad barrel issues threads than I can count. LLC LAKELINE released a properly designed recoil assembly for the TX22. They wouldn't have designed or put to market it if they didn't see a need, and they sold out and are on backorder till the end of March. Sound like a widespread problem to me. After 3700 rds your telling me that your slide looks like the day you brought it, if thats true you really are one of the luckiest Taurus TX22 owners. And two pristine TX22 barrels, with that kind of luck you should buy a lottery ticket.

Checking with the Taurus CS they have narrowed the barrels down to some manufactured in 8/19. They will replace bad barrels at no charge. My two do not fit in that category. Anyway, I quit. It's a .22, not a CZ 97b. I like both of mine, So there.
