I AM FILING MY TAXES TOMORROW. LAST YEAR I GOT $8,000 BACK AND HOPING FOR AT LEAST $5,000 OR MORE THIS YEAR. WHAT AM I BUYING WITH IT YOU ASK? WELL AFTER PAYING OFF MY GSXR AND OTHER ANNOYING BILLS:cuss:, I AM PLACING MY ORDER FOR MY VERY FIRST CMP SERVICE GRADE M1 GARAND...AND BOY AM I EXCITED!:D I MAY ALSO BUY THE NEW .22 MAGNUM PISTOL BY KEL-TEC. AND MAYBE EVEN SOMETHING ELSE! SO WITH TAX SEASON HERE, WHAT ARE YOU FELLAS PLANNING ON BUYING???? DO TELL!

I hope to have to pay as little as possible. Combining the state and Federal over the last 5 years, I average breaking even.

I find it ironic that an item feared most by the ruling class is paid for by check from them.

Just a few bucks coming back here--will be going toward a new computer though---my 6-7 year old one is just losing out too much in the technology race.

For me I will do soffit, facia, and seamless gutters (on my home), pay the CC down a little and then either a GSG 1911 in .22lr, RIA 1911 9mm, or save my money for when super inflation kicks in.......

I prefer to pay vs. giving an interest free loan.

Funny. Same here. I recently got audited saying I owed NC $xxxx + $xxx in interest since 2004. The state revenue office made a mistake, which I corrected. I also stated that they owed me a $15 refund that I never received in '05 and applied their interest formula showing how much they owed me. I still haven't seen my $15, much less the interest. Accountability and interest only apply in one direction as for as the gov't goes.

This year I've got just about enough to buy another glock and a YHM spectre rail system I've been eyeing.

Ha refund, I'll be paying several K again I'm sure. Who gets a refund?

I may want to tax the OP for Cap use though.

Reading all caps, is there a reason why we are being yelled at????? :neener:

As for my tax refund... depends on how much I get. If what the H&R Tax Refund estimator is even remotely close to correct, new stock, detachable magazine system and optics for the 700. If it's not, then well... I dunno. I have a credit card that I could use paid off...

Sadly my work's HR office is taking until the 31st to send out the W2's, so I wont be able to file my tax returns until February.... :cuss:

I'm honestly surprised that it's this easy to get people to tell you just how much cash they're getting back. I don't know about you guys but where I come from we don't divulge that much info to anyone but a spouse. Just my thoughts...

I'm just hoping for a few reloading components and a Primary Arms red dot. I may not even get that, though.

im a d.i.n.k. (Dual Income No Kids) so we get to pay in at the end of the year but i have been eyeing a 408 cheytac lately but it will have to be bought using some of the money they let me keep during the year.

Well I have two kids and I'm married. However, we opt to claim zero every year that way we get a giant check at the end of the year. If we got it split up in all of our checks throughout the year, we would just spend it up anyways. So February is my favorite holiday...Tax time!

My measly little refund isn't exactly divulging top secret or personal information.

From a security stand point, it isn't like that info is dangerous. If I'm going to track someone down by their screen name because I saw they were getting some cash....I'm also likely to be smart enough to pick higher value targets. Walking around with a non-password protected phone full of friends' and family's email addy/physical addy/contact info/work info is far more dangerous.

Your welcome.

I do have a few things on the want list this year. Hopefully .gov will leave me enough to buy some of them.

Refund? Not.......They just take from me.

maybe you should buy a new keyboard
In all seriousness, and with all due respect, it would make it easier to read.

I ordered a DSA FAL last year to be funded with 2010 return money, turns out it would actually be funded by the 2011 return money.

Lmao - that was hilarious. Oh and for all of you I may have offended with my CAPS, sorry. I was sending that from my work computer and we are required to use all caps. Guess I didn't notice. Anyways, I am actually excited casue the ol ball and chain gave me permission to buy two service grades! yay! Anyone else getting anything interesting (for those of you getting money back).

**Edited for being whiny**
