I have an 85 Combat. The trigger is now OK after an expensive trigger job. But it is still not very accurate, despite having the barrel recrowned. The safety extension broke off but CZ has redesigned it and fixed it for free.
The interior finish machining is crude - it wouldn't be acceptable in any US made firearm. The painted finish holds up OK but again, is crude.
There are few holsters made for them although many report using Beretta 92 holsters with acceptable fit. You can find replacement sites with some difficulty. Aftermarket grips are pretty available. You can buy high capacity magazines for them fairly cheaply if that's important to you.
For the money there are many Smith & Wesson semiautos with better accuracy, finish, many many more accessories, and much better resale value. I bought a used S&W 3913 for $50 less than the CZ and now use it a lot more at the range.
Whatever you do, before you buy any handgun borrow or rent one and shoot it at the range and make sure it fits you well. Try and buy a used CZ locally if you are intent on one, you should be able to get a great deal.
