Stay away from Interordnance.
There's several people over on the gunsnet boards who ordered IO's 'New' SKS's and got ones with rusted bolts, unsanded stocks, pitted gas pistons, etc.
Their 'new' guns are assembled from spare parts, and some of the parts are apparently quite old and rusted.
Regaring my personal experience with IO, I cancelled my SKS order when they were out of stock.
I went ahead and ordered a M44 Mosin-Nagant carbine and paid them $20 extra for their 'cleaning' service. They must have just sprayed it with solvent and wiped it off for my $20.
There was still cosmoline in the bolt, magazine, and under the wood. I spent 30 minutes cleaning out the rest of the gunk. To add injury to insult, the bolt won't open without using a rubber mallet after each shot.
I also got an AK accessory set instead of an N-M set and no sling. I really needed the 4-30 round magazine pouch to go with my M44.
The M38 I got from Aztec didn't have cosmoline, came with an ammo pouch and sling, and it was cheaper. It also functioned flawlessly.
My advice is to deal with AIM if you want an SKS and Aztec ($50 for standard rifles and carbines) if you want a Mosin-Nagant.
Centerfire Systems is another good dealer. I got a defective Manurhin PP from them, but they made it right.
