Excuse the live'n snot out of me but the "Cadillac" of revolvers is the Freedom Arms Model 83.
A little wishful thinking on Colt's part, obviously marketing drivel written by someone who had no experience with Rolls-Royce.Colt refers to the Python as having been called the "Rolls-Royce of revolvers." I tend to agree.

The point is that Rolls-Royce builds their cars by hand to the customer's specifications. Not unlike high end British game guns and rifles. Which would be a good analogy. You can compare a $50,000 bespoke Rigby or Bowen's #5 recreation to a bespoke car, not a $1200 Colt.Rolls Royce never produced a decent car until the Germans bought them.

You can order certain versions of the CTS with a manual, six speed I believe. So SA's are in.A casual thought... a true 'Cadillac' would not have a stick shift - manual transmission.
Yes, that would be 'Cadillac' of the revolver world. When I think of revolver Colt automatically comes to mind.
