bc1023, I am always awed by your pistol collection! :what:

Anyway, I would never be able to argue with you on this topic. But at least you DO have one CZ in your lineup.

Thanks

Yeah, the old CZ 75 Champion was one of the best pistols CZ ever built. Its a shame they discontinued it.

bc1023, what was it about that one that made it so good?

My SP-01 is all customed with competition hammer and converted to SAO trigger with set screws. Firing pin block was removed and now the trigger pull is ~ 2.5lbs with the travel [pretravel, takeup, reset, etc] of a high quality 1911 trigger. It is my most accurate pistol. I thought about having it hot blued . . . . rather than the typical finish CZ puts on their guns . . . . and finding some nice wood grips.

I would not call the P210 Legend an improvement.

From what I've read they shoot a little more accurate. That's what I was calling an improvement. Of course some of us don't have the opportunity to test these things for themselves. ;) As for you not having a couple of the best 9mm's ever made all I can say is me too. Of course it's more than a couple for me. I'd be happy with just one of those 210's.

Where do you find all these masterpieces anyway? I've rarely seen many of the guns you have listed in the best category. If I had the money I'd have to go somewhere else just to find those pistols. For example I've seen only one 210 in the region I'm from and it was in the uber expensive gun room at a Cabelas.

Fantastic collection! I am not familiar with some of them but just fantastic. The polished P-38 made me drool. Just got a glossy blue CZ 75b and it too is a beauty, but in a different way. Thanks for posting.

Years and years of searching online and developing connections with other people who deal in rare, high end pistols.

I've been doing this a long time...

I own one full sized 9mm, two 9mm's total. My only full size is a browning hi power. I will never buy another 9mm until this one breaks irreparably. When it does I'll buy a new hi power.
