Wyoming and some other states don't require a phone call for folks with a concealed weapons permit so I would have to say the numbers may be a little off. Makes buying guns much easier; pick out gun, fill out paper work (minus SSN), hand over CWP permit and drivers license, pay, shake hands, and walk out. Last gun I bought last week took about 5 minutes in and out.
