The only Colt Diamondback I own!

Here are some pictures of the only Colt Diamondback that I have ever owned. It is a 4-inch(In .22 caliber):

I had a chance to pick one up for $500.00 about a year ago. I passed and am now kickin my own ass. Beauty of a gun!

Thanks, Marshall! This is the only Colt Diamondback .22 that I have ever been lucky enough to run across! I got in on the tail end of a wonderful Colt Estate sale-but, this was the last of the Colt's that were left from this Estate! However, I almost missed getting the opportunity to be the first in line to become eligible to buy this gun! This was a close call-as there was one other person who was only about one second behind me getting up to the gun case trying his best to beat me to this Diamondback(I won, just by a whisker's length, though!)!:banghead:

Beautiful gun. I've only saw one. It belonged to my dad. He bought it used back in the mid 80's from "a kid at work" for $250. It was one of his most prized possesions. It's still like new. It now resides in my gun safe. Someday i'll pass in down to my grandson.
