Bonus points if they can knock a mailbox off its mounts with a tossed beer bottle over 40mph after they've had a few. To keep this High Road, they should be at least 12 years old.

Cedar Creek Sporting Clays in South Jersey actually had this shoot in RL. Guys would dress up in Redneck attire. They'd do a fun shoot and have a big BBQ. I would bet if you pester old Joe Scull, he'd bring it back.

BTW instead of a .410 for frogs, we used .22 shorts with a little 2AA cell flashlight. A little 39Amountie can hold about 20 so say start the first round about 30min after sundown 15 frogs around the pond, 2nd round is after 3 tall boys, 3rd after 3 more fastest time to make the course wins....

ROTFLMAO as I read through this thread, glad it was resurrected.

I don't play golf - but always thought my idea might be fun.

One player hits tees off, another tries to shoot it down. 2-stroke penalty if the ball gets blasted.

One issue might be people wanting to play through . . .

Dave, when you pick me up at the airplane place, I'll be the one in flip-flops, cut-off jeans an' open flannel shirt with the sleeves cut off an' no t-shirt. I'll probably have my "fancy dress" NRA ball cap on. Our luggage is a matched set a' Piggly Wiggly bags with duck tape on 'em. My ol' lady and I have the same haircut.

I didn't see mention of the indoor cockroach and indoor rat shoot events. How do ya'll get rid of varmints in the house?

Don't forget there's extra points if the mailbox you hit has a clothesline attached to it.

Oh, an' about beer: good ol' everday Texas beer is Pearl or Lone Star. I live not fer from the ol' Pearl brewery, but they brew that stuff somewhere's else now. Shiner is good enuf to serve at yer cousin's wedding (ya' know, the one where a buncha' the female guests wore tube tops...wait that's just about ever wedding I've been to).
