Hey, I call it as I see it.

I remember a quote from a statement made by former Attourney General, Janet Reno.. goes something like this "cult members are... ...marked by frequent Bible studies... ...abnormal affinity for guns..." Well, I don't mind frequent Bible studies --I probably need to do that in the first place, but I don't /love/ my guns. I think they're over-priced (that makes me annoyed) fine instruments whose lowest performers would, if somehow morphed into shop tools, would out-do any DeWalt or Makita.

If there be any evil in this world (which there most certainly is), it would lie in those hearts who serve the cause for enslavement.

Years ago, I had experiences with far too many young men shot all to pieces who made it back to our hospitals. A good number were saved by the fact that they could reload their weapons using only one hand.

If a broomhandle Mauser went PIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGG!!!!!!!! after the last round I'd be a collector.

If my shooting with my 1911s, just like my Garand, can't handle the problem with eight rounds, I probably deserve what I get for getting into the problem I am in.

I love my M1--it talks enough for my tastes--and it talks long distance without its voice going froggy and making excuses.
