Oh wait, I see. He limits the all ceramic/composite ones to LEO and active military. Why would a cop need a knife to get around X-ray machines?

I guess its the same reasoning that limits automatic knives to LEO's

I don't know if there is an actual law against selling ceramic/carbon fiber etc without a tag or whether Mad Dag is just covering his rear end
Liability suits have to be a concern

reeves and ceramic knives

The GB knive comes in two versions the retail and the one you get at graduation from the GB Qualification course. The military one is serialized. as for ceramic knives you can get kitchen knives with ceramic blades at any good knive shop. By the way th Reeves GB knive was chosen by the GB over all the other manufacturers that competed for the contract.

I've got an old leather handled Blackjack 1-5 copy of the Randall that's good enough for me. Gets as sharp as i can get it and stays that way for a long time. It's got some character to it.

There's something about a hand forged knife that conveys the makers blood, sweat and ergonomic sense. You go to a show and pick the one up and you are still standing at the table five or ten minutes later, and haven't put it down, just switch hands to dig out your wallet - then you'll understand.

Hey - I'm married, but that doesn't mean I don't look -

blue eyed blondes; brown eyed brunettes; dark eyed raven-tressed beauties; or green eyed redheads all can take my breath away.

So tell me which is the one ultimate? Me, I want all of them.

The one I married is getting grey. And still fun to play around with. I think I'll keep her.

If I had to have only one knife in my possession to try to do everything, it would be the Chris Reeve Project 1.

Based on its design and all of its features, I consider it the finest survival/combat/field knife combo ever made.
