Check this video clip out. While the editing is great and the soundtrack is phenom, pay attention to how fast the scenarios play out and how easily some of the participants are distracted so Tango2 can move in from behind.
The 21' rule is good, but it's predicated on the idea that you'll see and recognize the threat while it's a good distance off.
Personally, I just get a kick out of this vid and must have watched it a hundred times since I found it on another forum. It's an advert for the organization, but that doesn't mean we can't learn from it.
