Three states where I travel frequently have become reciprocal with my Alabama permit. Oklahoma, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Previously, these states had an unfriendly stance toward the lowly Alabama permit. All three have higher standards for their residents. I am aiming at a Florida non-res permit to cover South Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas. Maybe these will loosen up too, I never believed NC, OK, or TN would!
