This is what happens when you put your glock in with your laundry

Ok guys so here is the story I go to work come home and the little lady has done the laundry. Which is good till she tells me the washer is making some banging sound. I go to check out the sound and to my horror my glock 19 is in there yet it is different she used hot water so it shrunk .............
Here is what it looks like now JK this is my new to me XDs from Springfield Armory and I love it and a pic with the glock next to it.

I actually know somebody that has washed their carry gun in their jeans by accident.

No damage to the gun. He threw the ammo out but I'm guessing it wouldn't have gone off.

Nice Springfield, I'm a big fan of the XD, XDM, and XDS lines.

I just open the action and stick my pistols in the top rack of the dishwasher.

Just shot one of these.Very accurate and reliable.It was very controllable and slim in the hand.I may have to add one to the cache.

One of the guys washed a loaded mag. Next qualification day for gits and shiggles he brought the ammo from that mag. It all fired.

Over the years I've managed to wash quite a bit of ammo, and have never had on fail.

Should work just fine after a good washing. But line dry, don't put it in the clothes dryer.

Hmmm...I find it strange in shrank in the washing machine. My clothes usually shrink in the drying. Must be the foreign material in Glocks.

You just need to put some Hoppes #9 in the rinse aid compartment
