The early part of deer season began with REALLY windy weather. In my area when the wind blows hard (north of 15 MPH is hard around here) then you just won't be seeing any deer until it dies down. If it takes three days, so be it…you won't see any deer until it stops.
So after the wind died down we got an ice storm that brought really cold temps and more wind.
Now it's a few days before Christmas and it's 70 degrees, the weekend starts tomorrow and the forecast is for 20 to 40 MPH winds and up to two inches of rain.
Can I get a break? What the heck?
How is everyone else's season going? Surely someone has to have optimal conditions this year.
