Ernst Udet painted "Du doch nicht!" on the tail of his Fokker D7
It translates "Certainly not you!", a taunt and challenge to Allied pilots.

Yep, I know all about LO but I will let someone else play.

Anyway, I think that "Du doch nicht!" and it's meaning would be perfect for the business End of a 50 cal.

"Simon Says..."
"Dangerous"
(if you have a 1911 .45)... "8:45 Express"
"Equalizer"
"Impulse Control"
Or like one of my cowboy guns, just an "Omega" symbol (the end)

Of course this is coming from a guy who calls his primary CCW "Agenda" (hidden agenda) and his BUG (P-3AT) the "noisy cricket".

If it ever becomes necessary to use a 50BMG rifle for serious purposes, I think that explaining your rifle's inscription to a court will be the least of your concerns.

Exactly what I thought.

Too bad its not an AK..... then it could be "From Russia With Love".

i agree

i like the idea of the "if you can read this" then........................................

Mr. Marsh beat me to it.

I have seen photos of a 45 recoil spring end cap with the 'smiley face' on them..can't remember where though.

I have been looking. These were briefly offered by a 'smith who had a few made for his own use and he was selling the extras. I wasn't able to find it again.

salty.

Refering to the "Ozymandias" motto; "Look on my works" Should suffice to bring the poem to mind.
LOOK ON
MY WORKS

Unless the reader never heard of Percy Shelly
