Last week, I sent my PPX 40 in for a broken slide stop lever. They recieved the pistol last Friday and today I got a return shipping confirmation. A two day turn-around is pretty damn good. This is my first experience with Walther service and I'm happy.
Good to hear, I've got 3 Walthers and haven't had to use the customer service, but good to know they took care of you and got your pistol back quickly.
Last year I called Walther's with an issue with my first generation P99 AS. He told me that regardless of age, any Walther made firearm is covered under their warranty. He also said that their goal is a 3 day turn around and that they usually meet that goal. I sent my P99 in and they sent it back the following week. Really fast service and a pleasant experience.
