Leverution ammunition sucks in my 70 year old Mod 94. I reload for it now using Speer Hot-core 170 grain bullets over 32 grains of W-748. If I had to purchase factory ammunition I'd go with Remington 170 gr. Core-Lokt.
My supply of 30-30 ammunition is low and old so I need to restock with new stuff. It's been along time since I have brought 30-30 ammo. For the lovers of the thurdy-thurdy what ammunition do you prefer and why?
It is going to be used in a Winchester 94 of course.
I have tried Monarch. I was shooting an average of 4" at 100 with a 9x40mm scope. Strangely the brass was very consistent.Anyone try Priv Partizan, Fiocchi or Sellier Bellot?
