It has been discontinued so I would not actively pursue this unless you have a good stockpile

That is a bummer they are discontinuing Tin Star. I used it for some good sub-sonic 450 Bushmasters loads. I am not sure your going to be able to get enough in a 300 BO case to push a reasonably heavy bullet to 1000 fps. I like Accurate 1680 and IMR 4227 for sub sonic 300 BO.

So your left to derive load data. I jokingly call the 300bo 357AR. This load data is the best I have but should give you an idea. Try and see if GRT has the powder. The 158 7.3 grain load is in the range you want to be.
