casual question -
If you were carrying one w/ round chambered (and safety on), how would you carry...

hammer down ?
hammer at half cock ?
full cock ?

I always thunk half cock, myself
(it ain't like a gun well suited to fast draw contests nohow)

I carried mine hammer down. Recently replaced it with a P3AT that's lighter and .380.

he switched also, to a Colt Goverment 380, ~26 oz loaded, IWB just like mine, easy carry despite the "imagined" weight factor

the Tomcat was/is a real nice little pistola, though, and I would not hesitate to carry one, if did not already have an LCP 380 for those occasions.. Tomcat has much better trigger
