So i come into work and the bosslady seems down.

She tells me she's super bored having one of those slowwww days.

I suggest that I take her to the range. Shes never been and asked me about guns a while back.

I call in one of my employees to cover my shift and off we go!

On the car ride there, i start going over the 4 rules. We engage in the typical uniformed person convo. "I don't need a gun" and "I have kids, i wouldn't feel safe with a gun" and "I'd only trust a cop with a gun" etc.

Did my typical responses and she was feeling pretty good about it.

We get to the range and I told her shes not wearing enough to cover her chesticles. (I've had two previous experience where my friends have done the hilarious "hot brass in the cleavage" dance).

Beretta Couger in 9mm. 30 minutes of instruction. She shoots COM from about 7 yards. Somewhere in that 75 rounds she shot, she gets to dancing. Brass finally falls out from under her shirt. "I told you so! haha"

I let her hold some PPK's, keltecs, etc. She wants something in pink. I tell her about my friend Lauer and his nice Duracoats.

Overall an easy transition from "Uninformed Person" to "Considering what to buy Person."

Fun stuff, she paid for everything as well. Picked her up some pepper spray as we left.

charter arms makes a .38 snubbie caled the "pink lady". the frame is coated in a bright pink. i have an office manager at work that is having some man problems. i've been trying to bring her over to the dark side by enticing her with a pink gun.

Hey Boredelmo!

Hey BoredElmo,

That's great, and just the kind of story I like to read about!

Thanks for the reminder about "Hot-Brass-In-The-Cleaveage"!

Very Cool indeed! Hope the boss promotes you to chief gun instructor on the job!:what:

"hot brass in the cleavage"

Everyone wants to see this so.......maybe Oleg can do a poster.

I woulldn't mind seeing a video of the "dance." I am sure its a lot like the "bee in the hair" dance.
