Trade In Value Savage MkII FSS

Question, approximately how much should I expect to get from a dealer for a Savage Mark II FSS with a BSA Sweet 22 2-7x32 scope? It's about 1 year old and in very good condition. About 500 rounds through it.

I have been toying with replacing the scope and the stock but would rather have a heavy barrel if I am going to go to that expense.

don't trade it to a dealer. he has to make a profit when he moves it, so he'll give you less. look on some boards that sell guns - gunbroker, auction arms, classifieds at 24 hr campfire, etc. to get an idea as to value. or take it to a gun show and walk around with it on your shoulder and a "for sale" sign taped to it. did i say don't trade it to a dealer?????
