trapper gun springs

I have an old set of Trapper Gun Inc. springs I bought for a Model 31 years ago. I never put them in. Paper work says they're good for just about any J frame. A rebound spring and a hammer spring and a paper clip are in the package. I have no idea what the weights on these springs are. Anybody know? I'm considering putting them in a 638 I have but am a little reluctant not knowing the weights.

I remember Trapper gun springs.

But I don't recall them ever saying what the actual weights were.

They did work though, so it wouldn't hurt to try them.

Pretty thoughful of them to give you a paperclip to capture the spring guide with!!

Yeah, I was surprised.
Here's a couple of pics just the way they came. My info is that the man that ran the company was in very poor health some years ago and may be deceased.

I installed Trapper springs in 3 different Rugers about 10 years ago and they are still working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate putting them in another of my guns.
