I was unimpressed.

Started with 20gr of FFFFg, the report seemed louder but really no increase in recoil.
30gr seemed about the same - louder report no increase in recoil. Need to get a Chronograph.

Debating shooting it one of my 44's, not from some worry, but for the fact I have to fly back overseas tomorrow.

I’ve been curious about 4F myself, though getting plenty of energy using Olde E or T7 has kept me from trying it, though I may once I finally decide to purchase a Colt Police. But it would be Swiss powder as I highly doubt standard Goex (or any others) can achieve what 3F Olde E, Swiss, and T7 can.

Like you, I need a chronograph.

Shot a couple cylinders of 30gr 4F in my Pietta 58 - 44. Seemed to foul the gun fast, wasn't using lube, just dry wads. Fired caps were sticking to the nipples. No noticeable increase in recoil.

I used 40 grains of 4f in one of my ROA's, after running out of 3f at the range and still wanting to shoot, happen to have a small pistol flask of 4f for priming my flinter, so I was able to get 2 cylinders full and it shot just fine, more recoil and definitely more bang, almost equal to the same load of 3f tripple7. The Ruger manual says any granulation, however they recommend 3f for optimal results.
