Check out this site. The guy is a friend of mine, so I know he's honest. He's a retired UF professor and one of the most skilled blacksmiths I know. He sells hand made damascus for what most people sell you reworked old files.

He hasn't done much with folders, but you can't beat his other blades, and he does custom work, especially if it's an interesting project.
