Midwayusa is selling factory 2nd 7mm 150 gr JSP bullets and I bought a bunch. I'm trying to identify the bullet. I think they are either the bullet Federal uses in PowerShok ammo or Winchester Power Point bullets. Looking for any information to confirm one or the other.
The bullets I received from Midway are JSP with flat base, cannelure and no skiving at the tip.

Arguments in favor of these being PowerShok bullets: This all matches the bullets Federal uses in PowerShok ammo (at least compared to the .300WM ammo I have), except I obviously can't see the base of loaded ammo. Federal does offer such a bullet in loaded ammo

Arguments agains PowerShok: Federal doesn't offer any such bullet for sale as component bullets. Also, I can't confirm whether PowerShok bullets are flat-based.

Arguments in favor of Winchester Power Point bullets: Winchester is the only company I can find that offers for sale a 7mm 150 gr jacketed soft-point bullet with a flat-base and cannelure. Winchester also offers such a bullet in loaded ammunition.

Arguments agains Power Point: I have Winchester PP ammo 150 gr. for .300 win mag and the jacket is "skived" at the tip. Are all PP bullets skived at the tip or does it depend on caliber/weight?

I supposed it doesn't really matter. I'm going to load and shoot these bullets. I'd just like to know what they are so I can either buy more in the future if they are accurate and perform well on deer (or avoid if either of those aren't true).

Here is a photo of the bullets. From l to r: Winchester PP 150 gr in .300WM, the 7mm 150 gr bullet I received, and Federal PowerShok 180 gr in .300 WM.
