Turkey Load question

I'm using a 12 gauge Browning invector X-full trap special choke tube, and it says use lead only. My question is regarding the turkey loads I shoot- Winchester Supreme high vel. 3 " 1300 FPS 1 3/4 oz 5 shot and Federal Premium 3" 2 oz shot #5's. Are these considered lead or steel? On waterfowl loads it states right on the box what it is, but these don't.

Both are copper-plated lead.

Can copper plated lead be shot through a "lead only choke"?
