The M&p is a fine gun. I'd wait 'till they fix the firing pin/dry fire issues first. I passed on one recently, just didn't fit me.

I don't care for Blocks but to give the OP a useful answer I would say get the 19. Perfect compromise between full size and compact. To be honest, it's the ONLY Glock I would ever own, best one of all.
