I picked up my TX22 Saturday and got out to shoot it today . I ran 10 different types of.22 ammunition through it today and a little over 100 rounds . I had 2 jams on the first mag . I think I caused it by how I loaded it . The rounds don’t stack even on each other , but I didn’t have any more failures after the first magazine and it jammed on the second and third or fourth round on that magazine . I wasn’t happy with the accuracy of it . The sights are not very good IMO , I am going to change them out and hope for better accuracy . A friend of mine has the competition model and I shot his a lot more accurately than mine . It disassembles pretty easy , but don’t follow the instructions in the manual on disassembly . Reassemble on mine has a quirk in it . When I put the slide back on the frame and pull it to the rear , the barrel and guide rod assembly stay extended out of the slide until I pull the trigger .
Things that I like about it are the feel of it in my hand and it has a pretty good trigger , with a short reset . I double tapped it twice the trigger is so light and the reset is so short . After a little over 100 rounds through it , it was hardly dirty .
