Uberti 1862 parts questions

1. For the 1862 Pocket Navy and Police Uberti's do they share parts with the Uberti 1849 Pocket revolvers?

2. If yes, what parts do they share?

3. Could I take a .31 caliber 1849 cylinder and barrel and install them on the 1862 frame?

My understanding is that yes they do share all of the parts and that a .31 barrel and cylinder can be installed on a .36 pocket frame.
