Ill agree, it doesnt shoot better. However, my press thanks me, I never have to clean it because of crap from dry tumbling, corncob, walnut, dirt, whatever. My dies thank me, they never get scratched. If you are worried that much about galling, then why arent you lubing?

I never worry about any of that stuff either. Something is wrong if you do. And there is no need to lube pistol brass when you dry tumble w/ Nu-Finish. Lubing pistol cases is another added step that's not needed w/ carbide dies.

Everyone is free to clean however they want to. For decades all reloaders did was wipe the cases off w/ a rag. The progression to what we have now is a good thing. But I personally don't see the benefit if it doesn't make it shoot any better. About the only benefit I see to SS cleaning is no dust. But you do end up w/ contaminated water that you shouldn't be dumping down the drain.

I feel like you are stepping around the issues as you cut my post up, but hey, whatever floats your boat man. Some people have all the answers, lol.

You act like a 2 second jet of OneShot is a big deal. You must not run on a progressive, a 1000 rounds a session, a little lube saves your shoulder. And I dont dump my water down the drain, as it makes my flowers grow really nice! What do you do with your contaminated dry media and all the dust from the cement mixer...

And no comment on making primer seating more consistent, or deburring cases post size and trim, or the press and dies staying clean?

You have all the answers so there is no point in continuing. I don't have to answer every point you bring up. There are many methods to use so choose which ones you want. Each one has advantages and disadvantages.
