Does anyone have any experience with the AK underfolder built by Vector Arms? I was looking for an Arsenal AK with an underfolder, but they seem to be very rare. How does the Vector compare?

I have found a Vector underfolder with a milled Bulgarian reciever, for $999. There is also a Vector underfolder built on a new US made reciever for $619.

What is the quality of Vector Aks, and are these prices any good?

I've had no personal experience with Lancaster, but I've had a few AKs.

I have a Vector underfolder in Polymer furniture that I really like. Mine was purchased direct from Vector when they still used chrome-lined barrels and mine is built on a perfect Polish kit. It seemed to be completely new.

At the time, I could only compare it to a SAR-1 that I had. Obviously, the Vector had much better finish. I liked the Tapco G2 single-hook trigger better than the Century trigger on the SAR-1. The Tapco was a crisp trigger that seemed to break very cleanly.

My Vector is build on a Ewbanks receiver.

I found it to be more accurate than the SAR-1, but I attribute that to the trigger in my mind.

I still have the Vecor, and don't anticipate ever parting with it.

I just picked up a Vector underfolder. Wood. NICE rifle. Can't even think about comparing it to a Century AK.
