Vega D1171 12 ga. auto shotgun magazine cap

I need a magazine/forend cap for the above shotgun. I checked the size of mag tube and best I can tell it is 1.000" with a metric 2.0 thread.
A Remington 870 will go on maybe 3/4 a turn, an old savage 720 will screw on maybe 1 1/4 turns, and an old Remington 11 gov. surplus mag tube tube accepts both of those. Only three references I had in shop. These seem to be 1.000"- 12 tpi.
I googled and it brought up a Turkey manufacturing plant. I hate to think what that route would cost. I checked numrich, but no help there.
Any ideas for the gang?

Somewhere on the gun is the importer's address, give them a call.

If the above fails then a block of steel, a metric capable lathe, assorted cutting bits including a threading bit.

Many of the Turkish shotguns are copies of Beretta/Benelli's. See if you can borrow a cap off of one of those to try.

I thought about making one, but I thought cost would be prohibitive.
There was an importer on gun; ADCO, Woburn, MA USA, I'll try them next.
Also I'll see if a Beretta is available to try on one of those caps. Thanks to all!

Found the importer, ADCO, and they had the parts I needed. Got them installed this past weekend.
