A type 1 FFL is one who deals in firearms other than destructive devices and is not a pawn broker.
If you have a FFL and SOT your wait time as a dealer of NFA items is shorter but if your asking if having a FFL and buying a NFA item for your personal use is shorter than no, you still have to file a form 4.
Manufacturer or dealer to dealer is on a Form 3 and transfer to a end user is typically on a form 4, unless your a law enforcement agency and I am guessing you are not then its on a form 5
I assume you mean NFA stamp? The wait time depends on which type of transfer you're doing.
If you are an individual (No FFL/SOT) you'll be doing a form 1 or form 4 which will be roughly 6 months.
If you're a FFL with no SOT, you will still be using a form 1 or form 4 and will be treated like any other person.
If you are a FFL/SOT transferring a weapon to yourself as an individual (not the company), you will still be using a form 1 or a form 4 and be treated like everyone else with the 6 month wait. If you are transferring a weapon to the company for sale or other company use, you will be using a form 3 which should take between 6-8 weeks, but can take as much as 3 months if there are issues. What really cuts down on your time is if you are a manufacturer in which case you can file a form 2 or "notice of manufacture" which has no lead time at all.
And like Crazy-MP said, there is no "class 1 FFL", the closest thing you could get is probably "type 1 FFL". Class typically refers to the SOT: 01 SOT is for an importer, 02 SOT is for a manufacturer, and 03 SOT is for a dealer.
