'Cause it's eeeasier then going way way waaaay across town 3 miles to the other store.
'Cause I went in looking for a clearance item.
I prefer a clandestine donation to anti-2A world-wide CEOs
MOMMA SAID:confused: we are shopping heeah. (Think; SWMBO )
I only go in at end of and/or 1st of month , to see the wildlife.

At the end of '19 I took some B29 "gift" weapons to a buy back program in PS......absolute junkers, pretty sure a couple wouldn't even fire! Hard to remember but they gave me $700~$800 in Walmart gift cards......cleaned out their 20ga 7 1/2s, 6 cases? And a case of .410 steel 7s! The rest I wasted on a 1.75 of old #7.....$8 out of pocket
Shelves have been empty ever since!

Walmart here in Massachusetts in my town has had hit or miss shipments of ammo. When they do receive something it's seems to be limited amounts of .22 , always a few boxes of .270 , sometimes .17hmr , and some birdshot. There's been a.handful of boxes of Winchester .22 on the shelf for awhile now , it's the Winchester X in the yellow box , it's priced at $40 for 300 rds , so I'm sure it'll continue to sit there.

The last couple days, I've seen an abundance of .22 Winchester Power Points in a special "100th Anniversary" box at a couple of Walmart stores.
$40 for 300 rounds. Thanks, but I'm ok on .22 ammo.
Lots of Win white box 7.62x51 and some shotshells.

I truly hate Walmart, and will avoid it if possible. Sometimes I need things the small, local businesses don't have. If I boycott every company that seemingly disagrees with my views, it'll really pare down the number of places to shop. And it'll virtually eliminate any chance of getting prescriptions filled.

Simply, because if I go to a LGS I can only buy 1/3 of what I get at Walmart for the same price and I like to shoot.

I was happy to take the walmart wholesale transfer of pistol ammo a couple of years ago. Haven't looked for any other type of ammo there since.

It doesn't make sense that walmart cut the prices and sold the evil pistol ammo. I figured the antis in charge would have had it disassembled and used the powder to fertilize their roses.

Not a Wal Mart, but a local/chain gun store in So Cal on Tuesday 11-2-21. They had a few rifle cartridges, a few 250-round boxes of Aguila .22’s, some 12 ga steel shot, one row of 20 ga and several different brands of 28 ga shotshells… those were selling for 15-20 bucks a box.

Sad.

Stay safe.

I picked up a box of Remington 150 gn PSP at the LGS for a (nowadays) good price of $27. Later, on my dreaded monthly Walmart trip I saw they had Remington 165’s for $25. Always an adventure. Last week I found 4 boxes of FN 5.7x28 at Outdoor World. It was like finding a Diamond on the sidewalk in a border town.

If you ever "sold" merchandise to Walmart or worked for a company that "sold" to them you would have an even greater reason to walk on by.

It is easier to catch a fly midair with a nose tweezer than it is to get your payment. Just one guys experience.

So far zilch in the California Wallys I've been to. Not that I'm a fan or anything.

Wal-Mart has zero ammo, no matter which one I'm in.

When the local Wal-Mart had ammo nobody could actually buy any. Only *one* person had the Sacred Key to unlock the display case, and he/she/it was never there and never came when paged.

I never tried to buy a gun there, but I expect the schtick was similar.

Tues. 11/23

WM in Deep South had 12 ga field loads for $5.88/box. Maybe a dozen avail.

Also Fed. 00 buck maximum for $12.88/15 ct box. 4 in stock.

Also Win 308 ball for 22/box of 20, and “legacy” .22 for $40/bx of 325. Maybe 15.

Win high brass 12s for $12/box, 6 or so.

Also a few boxes of 350 Legend, couldn’t see price.

Thats it, I don’t see much improvement. Service remains crummy.

The Walmarts in PA have been empty over a year now. Glad some are getting some ammo in.

I found some Federal Automatch .22 at Mt. Pocono Walmart last Saturday. It wasn't there the Saturday before. There were at least 20 boxes (325 count) priced at $21.19. I got 4. There was some Winchester 7.62x51 there for .75 a round. And a few boxes of 20 gauge. Hopefully they keep getting more and more.

Walmart seems unaware that .22 pistols exist in their quest to make the world safe from "pistol ammo". Isn't ignorance on full display really funny??

If you tell the clerk it’s for a pistol they might deny the sale. That’s the rumor. I’ll ask my wife to ask her manager.
