Just found the latest pamphlet from the WA State Dept. of Fish and Wildlife that lists about 165 shooting ranges around the state. It shows the locations by county and lists all known private, public and commercial ranges.

Click on the link "Shooting Ranges in Washington State" on the left of the page. You'll need Adobe Reader to view the information. WA residents can also get a printed copy by mailing a self-addressed #10 envelope affixed with $.60 in postage to the address shown at the bottom of the web page.
