Thanks Horsesoldier, I never remember how to spell his name.

From what others say about him, he is a very capable trainer, and has a great sense of humor. BTW, he prefers the AK74 firing the 5.45mm round.

That'd be the Vintar, then. It penetrates Monolith armor quite handily at ranges up to 300 meters, and has excellent terminal performance on giant demon mutant rats, too.

I think if you did that mag change with an AR mag, the recycled soda can material would not fare too well.

While the whole video is great(Except the music), I especially love :32, the use of the bi pod in :45 the yank and stomp at 1:04, and 1:12.

If anyone has old pictures of Spetsnaz or videos of of AK CQB techniques dont think twice about posting them.

It is about as practical and realalistic as what one sees in a jet li film. In fact it is exactly the same, choreographed attacks and defenses that have little to no aplication in real life.

That isn't to say it isn't fun to watch.
