I just got mine new and sighted in. It shot ragged holes at 100 yards. Mine is a 270 Win. This is my first weatherby and 270. HH

I have a mark 5 with a 24" barrel

Must be an older one (or) in a non-Weatherby Magnum caliber. Where was yours made? I've seen German made ones (JP Sauer made them for Weatherby before 1973) in .30-06 with a shorter barrel.
