Weaver or Nikon rimfire optics?

I am planning on using a fixed 4 power scope on my 22 autoloader and have to decide between a Nikon Prostaff a the Weaver rimfire scopes. What say you? Thanks…

Why not Burris or Leupold?

I don't recall if Nikon makes a rimfire scope, but the Weaver has the parallax set for 50 yard - for more appropriate for a rimfire scope.

Weaver makes a fine scope, love 'em. I've even got an old steel one around here somewhere. I need to sent it back to El Paso, though, kinda lost its N2. Old thing is about 50 years old now, a KV 3-5

I'd choose a Burris or Leupold.

Leupold has a couple of nice rimfire scopes; one is 4X.

The Nikon Prostaff 4 x 32 is a fine scope. Parallax is set to 50 yards.

I do not have experience with the Weaver.
